CH. Orisha’s Baby I’m Yours at Khalfani & RoccRidge is from breeder, Dr. Essie Yates. Swayze is great niece of Sabu and Lucy. She is quite the show girl having earned multiple Best of Breed wins and a Hound Group placement at less than 2 years of age. The judges are recognizing her beauty and look at me attitude. She is definitely our Energizer Bunny with so much enthusiasm. Next up scent work and agility.
Orisha’s Nothing But Blue Skies at Khalfani. Piper is our newest addition to the Khalfani pack. She is quite the snuggle bug on the couch and has such a mellow, sweet temperament. Piper has earned her AKC Star Puppy Award and Trick Dog Novice title. We are excited to see what the future holds for this beauty.
GCH. Khalfani’s Safari Sunset by Tigris is also known as “Big Guy”. He is substance, bone, and ALL ridgeback in body and brain. BG is our master hunter and protector of the home. BG is a winner at Nationals and has proven himself as a stud with 3 litters on the ground. BG is from our Lucy-Kobe litter.
Lucy’s registered name is CH. Khalfani’ s I Love Lucy of Rocc Ridge. Since she is a liver nose ridgeback we wanted to name her after a famous red head, so she is named after Lucille Ball and has lived up to that name. Lucy is our clown that makes us laugh on a daily basis. Lucy is also a world class counter surfer that can steal a piece of cheese off your sandwich without you knowing it.
Sabu is GCH. Khalfani’ s Dreamcatcher of Rocc Ridge. Sabu is from our Haley-Uba litter of 2007. She is the absolute Queen of the pack and such a lovely combination of beauty and brains. Her hobbies include sleeping on the couch, bossing the other dogs around, and eating peanut butter in a bone.
Miranda came all the way to Florida from Utah to be our sweet and sassy girl. Her registered name is Kito’s I’m Just Like You, Only Prettier at Khalfani. Miranda has participated in both conformation and lure coursing. She is so smart that she now runs to the finish line of the lure course and waits for “bunny” to come back to her. Life with Miranda is never dull.
